We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our transaction services team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become an integral member of a rapidly growing business with limitless upside as the team scales.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role on our team during all stages of the acquisition diligence transaction lifecycle, serving as the key financial resource to evaluate and validate the existing accounting associated with the target client.

  • Compiling comprehensive data books to reveal risks and accounting adjustments associated with the acquisition
  • Liaising directly with the target company during the diligence process
  • Presenting results and findings directly with Venture Capital and Private Equity clients

We expect this individual to help lead the acquisition diligence practice as we grow. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, leverage their current skill set to work closely with both our internal team and external clients, and deliver a comprehensive financial analysis of a potential acquisition target.

This is a full-time position that starts immediately. We maintain a hybrid and flexible work model that balances remote work with in-person collaboration from our office.

Suitable candidates should possess a CA/CPA qualification, 1-3 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance work, deep understanding of core financial statements, and proficiency in MS Excel. Additionally, they should be willing to utilize and learn other software and technology such as Google Scripts, VBA, Python, Tableau, and/or Alteryx. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
