We are seeking a detail-oriented Conference Research Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Conference Research Specialist, your primary role is to uncover and document scientific conferences worldwide. You will utilize your detective skills to find conferences in various niches, such as medical, tech, AI, research, and cognitive science, adding their details to Google Sheets.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Searching the internet for conferences in diverse fields.
  • Discovering new conferences daily.
  • Adding conference details, including name and date, location, website link, type of science/field, committee details, and important deadlines, to Google Sheet.
  • Ensuring each conference is unique and not duplicated.
  • Organizing the information for easy use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require you to possess:

  • A recently completed degree or similar (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Comfort with working on Google Sheets and LLMs.
  • Ability to organize data neatly.
  • Attention to detail, noticing even the smallest aspects.
  • Basic English writing skills.
