Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing large data sets, developing and maintaining databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain databases and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, data analysis, and workforce management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
- Experience with workforce management software and tools.
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques such as time series analysis, regression, and causal modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
