Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to leverage data analytics to inform strategic business decisions. To achieve this goal, the Domo SME Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing ETL pipelines, developing intuitive dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ETL Development: Create efficient data pipelines using Domo Magic ETL and SQL transforms to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and implement interactive dashboards using Domo Cards, Pages, and DDX Bricks to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate insights.
  • Data Governance: Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Domo Magic ETL, SQL, and dashboard development tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Domo BI (ETL, dashboarding, dataflows).
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
