Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This position focuses on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Design Execution: Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD.
  • Visual Communication: Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize design concepts.
  • Materials Selection: Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Project Management: Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.
  • Client Collaboration: Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice.
