Customer Retention Specialist
Empowering customers with secure and reliable networks is our mission. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions during the renewal cycle. You will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products, helping migrate customers to our platform, and partnering with sales and account managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing opportunities for accounts.
- Notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Find and execute upsells within your customer base.
- Evaluate invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to ensure timely payment collection.
- Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communications skills.
- Show a high degree of detail orientation, handling a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Display strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Show experience working with SaaS-based applications.
- Preferably have experience with Salesforce.com.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, positive, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Available to learn robotic automation/AI tools.
