As a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's online presence through engaging and effective content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • This includes conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing high-quality video-first content that resonates with our target audience.
  • You will also oversee the management of end-to-end content calendars for each channel to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Another key aspect of this role is building and scaling a network of creators and influencers to amplify our brand messaging and drive user-generated content.
  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will craft compelling messaging for key moments to create maximum impact.
  • Your expertise will also be utilized to optimize content for performance metrics such as reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions.
  • Through regular analysis of performance data, you will iterate on formats, frequency, and messaging to continually improve our content strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, social strategy, or a hybrid role is required for this position.
  • Strong understanding of content formats suitable for service-based brands is essential.
  • You must have the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing and tonally consistent brand stories.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale is a must.
  • A solid understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors is required.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers is necessary.
  • Great creative instincts paired with strong analytical thinking are essential for this role.
