Job Title: Production Planning and Control Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced production planning and control expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of injectable products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
