Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to oversee the end-to-end vendor and supply chain process for our fast-growing health supplements, cosmetics, food & nutraceuticals brand.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care, or consumer goods industries.

  • Vendor Identification and Development: Identify, onboard, and manage reliable vendors, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and contract manufacturers across categories such as cosmetics, personal care, nutraceuticals, and FMCG.
  • Procurement and Negotiation: Lead end-to-end procurement, including RFPs, RFQs, and tender processes. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) to drive cost optimization while maintaining consistent supply and vendor loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors. They will possess strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record in negotiating with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor compliance.
