We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager for our ecommerce division at E-Vitamin to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate new and repeat revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and acquisition of new customers.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy and own one channel for execution.
  • Build new customer acquisition strategies and implement on paid channels.
  • Play an active role in the formulation of the business/brand's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Develop effective performance management engagements that support the achievement of the business's overall targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Responsible for constantly optimizing marketing activities to improve return on investment.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
  • Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources and strong customer loyalty.
  • Drive performance on all performance marketing channels, including Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct, and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
  • Ensure the optimum performance marketing channel mix, including digital media, offline channels, analytics, and CRM.
  • Build acquisition channels across paid and organic channels, with close attention to efficiency of growth spends and constant experimentation.
  • Actively manage and grow paid campaigns for new and existing categories and markets.
  • Develop 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon existing referral funnels.
  • Oversee operation of own websites, apps, content platforms, and any other digital initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC, and NPS.
  • Deliver customer delight through onsite and offsite interventions leading to an engaging customer experience.
  • Evaluate the performance of channels at regular intervals based on relevant KPIs and conduct A/B tests to deliver conversion growth.
  • Build reports for channels and make insights out of them for actionable activation.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience in working with a D2C brand or an agency.
  • Experience of 24 years into performance marketing.
  • Well-versed with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, Appsflyer.
  • Experience working with ecommerce is preferred.
  • Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multichannel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Expertise in increasing organic growth vs paid.
  • Experience in creating end-to-end online customer journeys.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills and leveraging data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
