Montessori Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to shape the educational journey of young children.

• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Establish a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence and creativity.
• Utilize Montessori materials and methods to enhance student learning and promote hands-on exploration.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum activities meeting diverse learner needs.

• A graduate degree in any discipline, with Montessori training or certification preferred.
• A minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring attitude.
• A passion for working with young children and promoting their growth and development.
• A basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
