Senior Residential Interior Designer

Job Opportunity:
- Create innovative interior designs based on client conversations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adjust the design approach accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales closure through effective communication and project management.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during projects by delivering high-quality results.
- Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.
Essential Skills:
- Relevant degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer, with expertise in residential modular KWS projects.
- Proficient in design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
- Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
- Ability to create BoQs for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
- Sales expertise in logical & trusted sales pitches, driving design meetings with customers.
- Strong behavioural attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
- High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
