Marketing Influencer Coordinator


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Influencer Coordinator to support our influencer initiatives across various social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.

Campaign Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.

Relationship Management:
  • Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set parameters.

Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
