Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Architect

We are seeking a seasoned architect to spearhead the development of large-scale generative AI models and services.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of outstanding ML and service engineers building the future of digital experiences. As a senior architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical strategy and collaborating with multiple teams to architect the pipelines of the future foundation models.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop GPU-optimized model pipelines for generative AI features on Adobe's top products.
  • Collaborate with applied researchers and engineers to bring innovative ideas to production.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Explore and research new ML and MLOps technologies to improve engineering effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, and test strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields, or B.Tech with strong experience in AI/ML.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years as a lead/architect.
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
  • Experience leading large teams on time-sensitive and business-critical projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with large-scale GenAI model pipelines and shipping ML features.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working in matrix organizations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Training or optimizing models using CUDA, Triton, TRT, AOT.
  • Converting models from various frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to other target formats.
  • Good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
