Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of our data warehouse architecture.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, including enterprise architectures, dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schema design, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. They will also have experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, and be well-versed in best practices around data governance, stewardship, and quality initiatives.
- Design and implement data warehouse architecture that meets business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models that integrate new and existing environments.
- Conduct architecture meetings with team leads and solution architects to communicate complex ideas and issues.
- Provide guidance to the team on implementing data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and DBT.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also be able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
