In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing signal processing algorithms in communication systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test these algorithms, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and developing signal processing algorithms for communication systems;
  • Collaborating with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs;
  • Testing and evaluating developed modules to ensure they meet the defined Test Protocols;
  • Engaging and building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers;
  • Carrying out all activities within a structured project management framework;
  • Defining, reviewing, and periodically updating development targets;
  • Documenting all development activities as per specified templates;
  • Working knowledge of programming in C, C++, and MATLAB is a must;
  • Experience in developing algorithms in signal processing for communication with excellent domain knowledge in digital communication, coding theory, and communication systems is a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a reputed college/university;
  • 1–3 years of extensive working experience with Signal Processing in Communication;
  • Strong fundamentals in Digital Communication, Modulation and Demodulation Techniques, Error Correcting Codes, and Estimation Theory;
  • Research & Development experience in the field of Signal Processing in Communications;
  • Publication of research papers in renowned journals and conferences is an added advantage;
  • Ability to define and implement quality assurance measures (e.g., tests, code checks, reviews);
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve problems in Signal Analytics;
  • Self-learning ability and positive attitude to adapt quickly to new programming environments;
  • Working experience in Research and Development toward industrial applications.
