Senior Visual Designer

A highly skilled and accomplished Senior Visual Designer is required to lead a team of talented designers, drive creative output, and ensure high-quality visual content delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of impactful visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems for cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative objectives with business goals, leveraging design thinking principles and innovative solutions.

Creative Execution:
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and branding materials that reflect the company's vision and values.
  • Evaluate and recommend new design tools, technologies, and software to enhance the design process and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual identity, branding, and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
