Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality audio and video content. This involves collaborating with voice-over artists, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure that all produced content aligns with brand standards.

You will lead content creation from concept to delivery, overseeing all phases of production, including location scouting, setup design, and execution. Your expertise in scripting, shooting, and post-production will enable you to direct video shoots and lead the post-production process.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks across all produced content, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. You will also create and manage video assets, including thumbnails, descriptions, and related elements.

Furthermore, you will ensure the timely and efficient upload of content to various platforms, and develop customized workout routines for our app as a certified fitness instructor. Your strong background in audio and video production, along with your experience in collaborating with internal teams, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience & Expertise:
  • Proven experience in content operations, with X years in a similar role.
  • Certification as a fitness instructor with a focus on creating fitness and wellness content.
  • Strong background in audio and video production, including scripting, shooting, and post-production.
  • Experience in collaborating with voice-over artists, subject matter experts, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with content management platforms and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience in video asset creation tools and managing video content logistics.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
