Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that bring our content to life.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from E-learning Courseware and Learning Management System (LMS) Portal to Marketing Communication and Infographics. You will be expected to understand content and create visual elements that communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with changing design standards and guidelines
  • Work independently, reading, understanding, and replying to client emails/chats, as well as proactive communication within the team and with clients
  • Meet daily targets set according to client schedules
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Graphic Artists, and Programmers
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics illustrating technical concepts and ideas
  • Create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
  • Develop interactive graphics and videos using various tools, including Adobe
  • Coach team members on visualization and reviewing their work for adherence to standards
  • Maintain technical expertise in tools and content
  • Communicate effectively with customers and users
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Any graduate with relevant experience and skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign also desirable
  • Experience creating icons and info-graphics
  • Digital illustration skills an asset
  • Able to create storyboards and large numbers of graphics quickly
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience working with authoring tools such as Articulate Studio an advantage
  • Understanding of human-computer factors and interface design
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
