About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to lead the development of innovative solutions and tools that support business processes.

As an ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing functional designs, technical specifications, and solution architecture documents that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the development of IT service management tools and applications
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers to design and implement solutions
  • Participating in discussions with business analysts and designers to develop solutions
  • Configuring and customizing ITSM applications to support business processes
  • Collaborating effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests
  • Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions to ensure a reliable and reproducible development-production environment
  • Ensuring tool configuration consistency across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments
  • Participating in ongoing production support and end-user support

Required Skills:

Rest APIs, IT Service Management (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), SOAP Integration
