Digital Literacy Coordinator

This is a highly dynamic and challenging role that requires the ability to structure and coordinate fast-moving projects, set up systems and processes in new initiatives, and demonstrate passion for inclusion and accessibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of a pilot program aimed at empowering college students with vision impairments through digital literacy and assistive technology training. Key responsibilities include conducting assistive technology training sessions, maintaining accurate records and documentation, liaising with universities and project partners, and providing flexible support to the broader project.
Requirements- Prior experience working with persons with disabilities, especially vision impairments
- Strong understanding of or hands-on experience with assistive technology and digital accessibility
- Experience in skills training, facilitation, or community programs
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in a start-up style environment
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
