Warehouse Operations Manager Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of warehousing principles and have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing warehouse activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Developing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to meet delivery schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as logistics or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
