Finance Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our finance operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks and contributing to the company's growth.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, GL reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory filings, and vendor management.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of finance operations and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus)
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail skills
