Lead Project Manager - Healthcare

  • This role is responsible for directing the execution of healthcare projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them, working closely with the leadership team to build the practice.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare, creating thought leadership pieces, developing proposals, and participating in meetings with clients to provide valuable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex ideas, negotiate agreements, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders, build trust, and establish credibility.
