Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, returns).
  • Handle and log all technical calls/emails.
  • Perform quality checks & collect feedback from installers.
  • Maintain records and prioritize service requests.
  • Evaluate critical issues for escalation to Construction Manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Engineering/Technical Support background.
  • Knowledge of solar systems and electrical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office.
  • A proactive mindset, self-motivated, flexible work hours.

Work Details

You will support the Construction team, collaborating with Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams under the Construction Engineering Manager.
