This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mechanical Systems Engineer with a focus on defense applications.
Key Responsibilities- Proficient in CAD software and basic simulation tools, including the ability to select appropriate materials for specific applications.
- Apply mechanical engineering principles to defense projects, conducting standard analyses using software independently.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as drilling, machining, and cutting, while also analyzing results from Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural components.
- Conduct material tests independently, analyze results, and test composite materials for missile applications.
- Understand mechanical systems, machinery, and tools, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Assemble and integrate mechanical systems for defense applications, performing assembly and integration of mechanical sub-systems independently.
- Proficient in advanced manufacturing processes and quality control, with knowledge of techniques such as Ultrasonic Test (UT), Dye penetrant test (DPT), tensile strength, and CG & CMM measurements.
- Proficient in CAD software and basic simulation tools.
- Ability to apply mechanical engineering principles to defense projects.
- Hands-on experience in drilling, machining, and cutting.
- Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural components.
- Material testing and analysis skills.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools.
- Assembly and integration of mechanical systems for defense applications.
- Advanced manufacturing processes and quality control knowledge.
