Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic marketer to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our software product development and services company. Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Building & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

  • Corporate Website Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and optimization of the corporate website.
    • Evaluate the website's alignment with the overall brand strategy and user experience.
    • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to execute website improvements and new initiatives.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan, organize, and execute company events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
    • Develop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to build community engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Create, curate, and schedule content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and adjust strategies based on analytics insights.
  • Content Marketing & Communications:
    • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
    • Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Celebrate PR agencies and manage media relations to secure earned media opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track KPIs and inform strategy adjustments.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful campaign execution.
    • Oversight of marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technology or software development environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Familiarity with website management and content optimization strategies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
