Job Title: CI/CD Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled CI/CD Solutions Engineer to partner with our internal product groups and development teams to develop technical design and processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment of top priority projects.

Responsibilities:
  • This position requires collaboration with Development, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to provide the right level of agility within a defined delivery process.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong CI/CD skills, be forward thinking, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a diverse, highly talented team, continuously striving for excellence.
  • This candidate will join in supporting all the CI/CD tools operational needs such as enhancements, vulnerability management, patching, upgrades, complete lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and/or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience delivering and supporting enterprise customer facing solutions.
  • Designing and developing enterprise class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems.
  • Leading the designing and developing enterprise class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems.
  • Automation/integration effort for end user Onboarding for enterprise systems (CI/CD Tools).
  • Interacting with customers to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document and manage solution requirements.
  • Experience with .Net, Python and/or Java development/framework, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Automation/Continuous Integration (Terraform, SonarQube, Jenkins, BitBucket, Harness, etc.).
  • SDLC including associated deployment methodologies, Onboarding, QA processes, and performance tuning efforts and Source Code Management with GitLab.
  • Implementing and supporting a large Nexus Repository Management environment.
Preferrable Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries.
  • Previous Development/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments.
  • Working knowledge of automation and configuration management tools like Salt, Ansible etc.
  • Experience effectively managing multiple technology projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
