Senior Power Electronics Specialist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Electronics Specialist to design, develop, and test advanced power systems for lithium-ion batteries in UAV and EV applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative power electronic systems that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Integrate charging solutions with lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS) to ensure seamless power delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build prototypes of power electronic circuits and systems, ensuring thorough validation via testing in real-world scenarios.
- Perform fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on power electronics systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design, development, and testing.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, including converters (AC-DC, DC-DC), inverters, and power supplies.
- Experience with lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS) and charging solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
