Technical Implementation Specialist

The role involves applying knowledge on GRC technology implementations for clients across various sectors.

About the Role

This position requires technical subject matter expertise in leading team deliveries and implementing technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Setup a test lab to simulate real-world attacks and create an experience center for clients.
  • Contribute to firm priorities and aspirations in Cybersecurity practice.
  • Develop sustainable strategies for risk and compliance activities using technology.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Delivered or led ServiceNow IRM implementations, including Policy and Compliance.
  • Implemented Business Continuity and Third-Party Risk Management in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with basic ServiceNow platform administration, scripting languages, and development tools.
Preferred Skill Sets:
  • Experience working with Indian and International projects in a client-facing role.
  • Agility to operate across multiple technologies and projects.
  • Knowledge of manual controls testing, gathering evidence, building documentation, and performing reviews.
