Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Architect to contribute to the design architecture of automation projects, promoting QA productivity through automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Test Automation with hands-on knowledge of tools like Selenium, UFT, and SOAP UI.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can drive test automation architecture as a whole system and arrive at innovative solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using various tools
  • Contribute to the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Promote automation adoption across teams and assist in process improvements
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and Project Management teams on automation strategy and tool selection
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation
  • Strong expertise in Core Java and analytical skills
  • Experience with BDD tools like JBehave or Cucumber, CI tools like Jenkins, and database testing
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Airlines e-commerce automation testing experience
  • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams or vendors
