About this role:

We are looking for an experienced software professional to join our team. Your task will be to support the development of future automated driving systems.

As part of our dynamic and ever-changing environment, you will work on a variety of tasks, collaborate with multiple disciplinary teams, and mentor junior software engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake complex software tasks, working in a multiple disciplinary team, and mentoring junior SW engineers
  • Develop high-level design and detailed design, decomposing requirements into implementable solutions
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Create software detailed design and support its implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
  • Communicate effectively with global teams within the company
Requirements
  • A total 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in application design and development
  • Experience in owning low-level design, implementation, and validation in complex automotive projects
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR
  • Programming languages like C/C++
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process
  • Experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Good understanding of ISO26262
