Job Description

This is a high-level position that requires strategic leadership and vision in regulatory affairs. As a Regulatory Project Head, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex global projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing effective strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Lead project registrations for new product introductions, ensuring timely submission and approval.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, regional product leads, and affiliate colleagues to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Assess and approve change requests, ensuring files are updated accordingly and compliant with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Manufacturing, or related area.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
