Dairy Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are establishing a new dairy processing facility and seeking an experienced professional to oversee its setup, commissioning, and successful operation.

  • Provide strategic guidance on plant design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality control.
  • Coordinate equipment selection, installation, and process improvement with technical teams and vendors.
  • Establish supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Offer expertise in ERP integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Set up performance metrics and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management.
  • A proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
  • Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.
