Job Summary:

Viraaj HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning and LWC Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications to drive business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems and applications.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure scalability of the platform.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) such as Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Lightning and LWC development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
