Overview: The role of a Salesforce Lightning and LWC Developer is crucial to the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce applications for our organization. This individual plays a key part in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications to drive business processes and enhance user experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Lightning LWC Apex and Visualforce.
  • Create and manage custom objects fields and page layouts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems and applications.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure scalability of the platform.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows process builder and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics within Salesforce.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) such as Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Lightning and LWC development.
  • Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Apex Visualforce and Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
