Job Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely preparation and review of reports based on defined frequencies. Your responsibility will involve sourcing critical information from various applications and teams to deliver accurate client reports within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review reports based on defined frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
  • Source reporting information from various applications and/or teams
  • Collaborate with the team lead to handle client queries and escalate process issues as required
  • Work under direct supervision and transition of work from local offices
  • Adhere strictly to policies and procedures while producing reports and maintain high standards of accuracy
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members and assist the Lead in executing development plans
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete process documentation covering process risks
  • Assist with data testing for new and current GCCP projects and collaborate with project managers on identified issues
  • Support local offices with systems testing during heavy production periods or DeskNet regression testing
  • Analyze current process flow, requirements, and areas of improvement and propose innovative ideas that result in time or cost savings
  • Articulate business requirements effectively and efficiently with multiple teams using the 'why' technique to identify root causes and control measures
