Job Overview

As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing client reports, analyzing investment performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Analyze investment performance data, portfolio holdings, and market trends to provide insightful commentary and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance teams, and data analysts to gather and validate data.
  • Develop and implement reporting processes, including automation and standardization where possible, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development of customized reports for high-profile clients and support the implementation of new reporting tools and systems.
  • Respond to client queries related to reports, performance metrics, and data discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client reporting, investment operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with reporting platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and financial databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
