Role Overview:

As the Head of Data, you will lead and scale our data engineering and analytics functions. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving the data vision, ensuring cost efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Oversee the entire data lifecycle: collection, storage, processing, governance, and visualization.

Manage infrastructure and tool costs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related domains.">
  • Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience managing data teams.">
  • Hands-on foundation as a data engineer or data analyst.">
  • Strong experience in hiring, mentoring, and team growth.">
  • Expertise in cost management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.">
  • Experience with modern data stacks: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift), and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc).">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.">
