Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our digital and data initiatives across the India region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business and client value by delivering key strategic initiatives across our digital and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business outcomes with our wider Business Agenda and Strategy.
  • Prioritize and manage the digital and data backlog of requirements.
  • Plan show & tell sessions and engage with stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Define and oversee digital and data governance and procedures.
  • Analysis of the bank's current data landscape and identify key data assets and gaps.
  • Develop a roadmap for future data initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience required.
  • Highly experienced in rolling out modern ways of working across complex org structures.
  • Strong financial and delivery management track record.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to attract diverse, high performing talent into the team at all levels.
