Direct Taxation Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced taxation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct taxation and be able to provide expert advice on taxation matters.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare presentations on relevant taxation topics, including income tax laws, company law, FEMA, stamp duty, SEBI, and other regulatory updates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest income tax laws, compliances, and litigation management practices.
Develop interactive presentations on industry-related topics such as automotives, infrastructure, energy, and other sectors.
Analyze numerical data and create engaging visualizations using graphs and tables.
Prepare tax and regulatory alerts on various topics for clients.
Attend business meetings and take minutes of discussions.
Follow up on action items, agendas, and client deliverables.
Manage client deliverables, including opinions, presentations, and other documents.
Strong understanding of direct taxation laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
