**Project Manager Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves working directly with a utility client to oversee the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project. They will create and maintain PMO artifacts, track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project teams to ensure on-time completion of tasks.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Providing regular project status reports and debriefs to leadership.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the business and IT organizations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
