Job Title: Project Manager">

About the Job Position:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and successful completion of projects to deliver timely results within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate resources, manage team dynamics, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Drive projects to successful outcomes by balancing technical and operational demands while aligning project goals with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to management, reporting, and governance standards for timely stakeholder approvals and concurrence.
  2. Operate effectively across waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies as appropriate for different work streams within a program.
  3. Configure MDO software independently and guide others in configuration according to specifications, addressing change management needs as required.
  4. Develop and implement efficient solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
  5. Assist in producing, reviewing, and executing test cases against acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality solutions.
  6. Document processes and complete relevant documentation to facilitate smooth transition to support.
  7. Debug and report issues observed during testing.
  8. Calculate project burn and cycle time to ensure project remains within budget.
  9. Develop comprehensive understanding of client business requirements and clearly define scope and requirements.
  10. Identify key changes and additions and present viable solution options to clients.
  11. Communicate deviations from Business Blueprint or Statement of Work to maximize project yield.
  12. Engage comfortably with demanding customers and facilitate functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Monitor and communicate delivery progress to stakeholders and take corrective action as necessary.
  14. Foster collaborative relationships with other business functions, partners, and internal teams for successful project delivery.
  15. Highlight relative risks and benefits of various options to guide decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or engineering degree with specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics; master's degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in project methodology demonstrating strong understanding of project management practices within Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • SAP ERP knowledge and Master Data Management knowledge.
  • Database proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills with proven customer handling capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
