Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand the business scenario, challenges and analytical requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and loopholes that affect team and company strategies/growth.
  • Develop new SOPs and plans for data collection and analysis.
  • Refine the system for company-wide reporting of business/performance metrics.
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for backend teams like Finance, HR, BD, and Legal.
  • Work on standalone business intelligence projects assigned by the central BI team across different departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in data reporting & business analytics.
  • Freshers with a finance background are welcome to apply.
  • Robust understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to turn raw data into actionable information.
  • Qualifications in Finance or Marketing are preferred.
