Job Description

As a seasoned Content Editor & Team Lead in the Insurance Domain, you will oversee our content team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality blogs to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the content team to achieve smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and deliver insurance-focused content on time.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance writing quality in insurance topics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Adapt to last-minute requirements and ensure the team responds promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
