Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller to join our creative broadcast team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports broadcast design and be able to translate racing data and narratives into compelling visuals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate custom motion graphics for horse racing broadcasts, including show opens, transitions, and bumpers, on-screen statistics, odds, and race data visualizations, lower thirds, title cards, and branded broadcast elements.
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and sports analysts to create engaging storylines.
  • Develop graphics templates for fast turnaround and live updates during race events.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and network broadcast standards.
  • Troubleshoot graphics in live broadcast environments and support technical integration with real-time graphics systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality motion graphics work, ideally in live or sports television.

Education:
  • Diploma (Bachelor's or Associates) in Motion Design, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
