Storyteller and Content Producer

We're seeking a skilled Story Producer to join our team of creative professionals who are building a new genre of entertainment that combines virtual worlds, social experiments, and comedy.

This position is a key part of our content creation strategy, focusing on developing innovative storylines, producing high-quality video content, and collaborating with our team to shape the direction of our digital world.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging storylines and concepts for our videos
  • Pitch and implement new ideas for video content
  • Develop and deliver compelling video introductions

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce one high-quality story cut per week, meeting our creative standards
  2. Deliver five edited intro scripts per week, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail
  3. Contribute to the development of at least two approved long-form and short-form ideas per day, driving our content strategy forward

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve a 60%+ retention rate on each new video, demonstrating your ability to craft compelling content
  • Exceed an end-of-intro retention rate of 70%, ensuring our audience stays engaged
  • Sustain a click-through rate of 11% or higher on new ideas, measuring the effectiveness of your pitches
