Data Management Specialist

The role of Data Management Specialist is crucial to our organization's success. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data.
This position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business and IT teams to ensure accurate data management within our systems, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as primary resource for customer relationship management (CRM) database support
- Supports and encourages the adoption of data tools
- Provides assistance capturing account, contact, opportunity, and activity data in CRM
- Develops and maintains specialized knowledge of firm data platforms to provide unique support for technically complex data and report requests
- Associate's Degree or 2 years experience in a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus
- Proficient customer relationship management software skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate with a diverse audience both verbally and in writing
