Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Manager to lead our team in managing all collections processes for allocated portfolios. This role involves driving performance on business targets, formulating incentive plans, and ensuring adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Allocate portfolio to aligned vendors/NFTEs and conduct ongoing reviews to drive performance.
  2. Formulate tactical short-term incentive plans to increase productivity and drive DRR.
  3. Ensure critical segments are reviewed and performance is driven on them.
  4. Use hardship tools judiciously and adhere to settlement waivers.
  5. Conduct field visits on critical accounts and document visits and calls in Collect24 system.
  6. Raise red flags on portfolio health indicators/frauds and alarms on critical incidents.
