Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the recovery of Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and written-off cases related to Loan Against Property (LAP). You will motivate and direct a team to achieve resolution and recovery targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage NPA collections, particularly in LAP.
  • Coordinate with the legal team for recovery actions under relevant laws.
  • Negotiate settlements with borrowers to maximise recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in handling NPA collections, especially in LAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, Section 138, and other relevant recovery laws.
  • Strong negotiation skills with hands-on experience in field recovery.
  • The ability to lead a team and collaborate with various departments.
